Guarantee & Service

WARRANTY:

1st Manufacturer warrants the smooth operation of the fireplace insert "Byrski" ® by giving up to 10 year warranty*. The warranty begins with the date of purchase according to the document of purchase.

2nd Manufacturer warrants under this warranty card.
The warranty is valid throughout the EU.

3rd The warranty card is valid only with document of purchase.

4th The warranty covers only those devices that are used in place
where they has been first run.

5th A condition of warranty service is to:

* Have a properly completed warranty card,
* Have the first run made by an appropriate professional in accordance with applicable installation, construction and fire protection
* Posses document of purchase
* Install and operate the device in accordance with all applicable regulations and manufacturer's recommendations contained in the Users' Manual,
* Have an annual service inspections made by an authorized person.

6th In case of defects covered by the warranty manufacturer is obliged to repair faulty device. Removal of the defectes is determined by the manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right to respond in writing to the complaint application within 30 days from the date of notification.

7th Warranty conditions must be made through the company where the device was purchased, and especially directly by the manufacturer in case the distributor where the device was bought closed down.

8th The warranty becomes invalid immediately in case of:
*the device has been installed, operated or used contrary to the conditions specified in the Users' Manual and Installation Instructions, and contrary to its purpose,
*the device has been unauthorized by the Purchaser or a third party to its arbitrary rebuilt, repairs or any structural changes.
*when the values of parameters associated with the storage and operation of the device were inconsistent with the stated in the instructions such as: free chimney draft, pressure, temperature, humidity,
*Lack of maintenance of the fireplace (the mantle shelf cleaning system, the combustion chamber and smoke pipe) at least once a year,
* Improper filling of the installation,
* Defects in the installation to which the device was attached,
* The device has been mechanically damaged by the Buyer or a third person. Force majeure
* Due to the use of unsuitable fuels other than those indicated in the documentation of the fireplace,
* Other damage not resulting from faults of the manufacturer.

9th Warranty does not cover:
* Glass and front of the device
* Materials that are subject to normal wear and tear such as: cast iron grate, rope and gaskets, grog, paint,

10th Additional services commissioned by the customer such as those related with cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, replacement of: seals, shafts can be realized only by a person authorized by the Manufacturer. Service coverage is paid for.

11th User instructions:
* Installation of the equipment can be made only by a company that has the authority to do so,
* The first run includes control of installments, connection of the electronics (if it is equipped), check for correct operation, familiarise customer with the operation of the device,
*The first run does not cover installation works, servicer has no obligation to remove defects in installation to which the device is connected
*To ensure proper and independent operation of the device, we recommend follow the instructions in the Users' Manual,
* To ensure proper operation of the device it is recommended at least once during the season to clean the device and to preserve it after heating season.

12th Detailed rules for filing a complaint:

* Complaints are only accepted in writing on: COMPLAINT REGISTRATION FORM
* Application must be made in writing, via the distributor (seller). Seller is obliged to complete the form and send it to the guarantor on behalf of the buyer
