Deliveries of goods

Supplies of goods and rules of conduct on delivery.

Shipment contents must be checked in the presence of the courier before signing the bill of lading.

Checking of the shipment is required regardless of the signs of damage or lack of them.

Courier has a duty on your request to wait until the goods are checked for quality and quantity.
While receiving goods special attention must be paid to the often damaged during transport parts: glass, fireclay, front and body of the device.

In the event of damage or shortages in the shipment damage protocol should be written in the presence of the courier. Before signing the protocol, please pay special attention to the compatibility of the information contained therein with the actual state of the consignment. (Such as damage to packaging, warning signs, tape assemblers, etc.)

Damage to the goods should be reported on the day of delivery. The basis of the declaration is to provide a damage report (completed and signed on the day of delivery by both the receiver and the driver) along with documentation based on photographs.

Refusal to obey the above recommendations will result in refusal to accept complaint, and thus damage can be removed only at the cost of the client.
